Saturn Excursion
"An excursion to Saturn, the sixth planet, some 520 million miles from Earth, will be an exciting adventure. Flights through Saturn's halo, or rings, and around its moons would offer the traveler an experience not available anywhere else in the universe."

So. Yes. 1962. That painting, I mean I assume it's an oil painting (?). Puts it all in perspective for me! Where's the running commentary in the News about the Cassini mission ? Why is it always marginalised into the Science sections ? Planet Earth certainly has it's problems. Of course they should be discussed and looked at. But this mission is VITAL in my opinion, and even if there seems to be very little coverage it can at least keep at bay this suffocating claustrophobia that seems to plague everything at the moment. Keep on going everyone ! :-D

This one reminds me of a 1950's science fiction mag art cover or movie...So is Gort in charge of the pop corn stand in this theater?
